EN1A Leaded and Non-Leaded Grade Introduction:
EN1A is a popular low-carbon manganese free-cutting steel grade, ideal for manufacturing components that require precision and intricate machining operations. It is commonly used for high-production automatic turning components like nuts, bolts, studs, and hydraulic fittings. EN1A is available in two variants: leaded (EN1A Pb) and non-leaded. EN1A Leaded and Non-Leaded Grade Applications:
EN1A steel is well-suited for applications prioritizing excellent machinability. It is primarily used for automatic lathes and capstan lathes for producing finely finished components.
